Chalkie (“the app”) is built to work offline-first and to collect as little data as possible.
What we collect
- Nothing personally identifiable by default. Your matches, statistics, and player names are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and unlocks are processed by Apple (App Store) and managed through RevenueCat, our purchase infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase receipts to validate your entitlement. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
- Anonymous usage analytics (if enabled in a future version) would be aggregated and never tied to your identity.
What we do NOT do
- No ads, no ad networks, no tracking across apps.
- No account required. No email collected.
- No selling of data — ever.
Data retention & deletion
All game data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes your data. To reset purchases, use Apple’s subscription management.
Children
Chalkie is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from any user.
